Introducing the Pastel Princess Aesthetic

Hi friends,

I don’t know about you, but one of the biggest dampers of 2020 has been not being able to visit the Disney parks! Of course one misses the rides, but I miss the smaller things- seeing little kids meet the characters for the first time, picking out a new set of ears to wear, and the season-themed treats (though we can’t forget the classic Dole Whip)!

The whole Archive team has been missing the magic this year, so we decided to create a beautiful Pastel Princess Aesthetic to bring a little cheer to our walls. The kit features loved fairytale characters and iconic images, but my personal favourite has to be the Neuschwanstein castle! Located in Schwangau, Germany, Neuschwanstein inspired Walt Disney as he oversaw designs for the Sleeping Beauty castle in Disneyland, California. I walked the halls of Neuschwanstein only a year ago, and it was an incredible experience! It’s so fun to see an image in our kit that reminds me of my travels as well as of my love for princesses from my childhood.

I picture our kit as the perfect backdrop for a young princess’ tea party, a gorgeous setup for an influencer making their latest video, or just as fun decor to add to your living room! We’ve put a lot of work into each image and sprinkled pixie dust on it for that added magical effect. I hope you love it as much as we do!
